Shop Terms
All pieces are handmade. Slight variation in sizes, shapes, colors, etc. are to be expected (and celebrated!) All dinnerware (mugs, plates, pour-overs, etc.) are made with food safe glaze.
Care:
Hand washing is far gentler than a dishwasher and recommended for all pieces. Avoid sudden temperature changes (i.e. going from very hot to very cold or vice versa) to reduce the chance of thermoshock damage.
Shipping:
Orders are shipped from Brooklyn, NY via USPS, typically sent out within a week. If you have a delivery deadline, please indicate in order notes. I can’t guarantee I’ll meet it, but I’ll try. For international shipping, contact me in advance to inquire.
NYC Local Pickup:
Orders may be picked up at the studio in Brooklyn. Business hours are Monday-Friday 10am-4:30pm. The studio is located in Bushwick near the Myrtle-Broadway J/M train line. (Exact address provided after check out.) Please pick up within 30 days or I will ask you to pay for shipping.

Returns/Exchanges:
